sv_specnoclip 0 should not crash the server

Description

When the cvar sv_specnoclip 0 is set, the server will crash when spectators glide along the floor.

To Reproduce

• Set sv_specnoclip 0
• Go to spectator
• Touch grass

Expected behavior

Server does not crash.

Actual behavior

Server crashes.
