Games with bots show the wrong player count in the server browser

The number goes into the negatives. Bots were being added with neo_bot_quota 10~ while 6-8 real players were in server

Can this be repro'd with SDK 2013 MP SRCDS, or does the SDR connection require ownership of appid 3704420?

I tested this both on the sourcemod version and steam versions of the game to the same result
