Description

If a player spawns without a gun, is gifted one by a teammate, and then selects a gun in the menu, the gifted gun disappears.

To Reproduce

  1. Somehow spawn without a gun (derank or switch class so the previous loadout becomes unavailable).
  2. Have a teammate toss a gun at you
  3. Select a loadout after picking up the dropped gun.

Expected behavior

I can see two alternatives, either:

  1. Keep track of the original owner, and if it wasn't yours, drop it to the ground when selecting a loadout.
    or (probably easier)
  2. Make sure no one spawns without a primary. I.e. revert to MPN when the previous loadout is unavailable.

Actual behavior

The gifted gun disappears.
