Main menu button rollover feedback playing multiple times for the same mosue movement

To reproduce:
Move the mouse onto a button adjacent to another button
Move the mouse to the adjacent button

Expected behavior:
The button rollover feedback plays twice. Once for the first button and once for the second button

Actual behavior:
The button rollover feedback plays multiple times. Once for the first button and multiple times for the second button
