Spawning at a spawnpoint that touches the floor will spawn the player without weapons, or some weapons

Title. This does not happen in OG. It can be replicated in the car park spawn on ballistrade

There is more to this bug than meets the eye, my pattern seeking brain has informed me that it has something to do with the orientation of the camera.
You can spawn at a spawn point against the ground when you first load a map and you will have all your weapons. But if you suicide, move your camera around a bunch or leave it looking directly up or something, when you respawn you will have absent weapons.
If you suicide, but don't move your camera at all, you will spawn with all your weapons.
It seems a bit silly, I doubt myself a bit on this being an actual method to reproduce, so I'd like someone else to try it

Not sure whether this was a problem before the sdk update, but we do another check since then whether a weapon can be picked up and it seems that if the player is stuck then this trace fails (which is crazy considering the start and end positions are exactly the same, and this position is at eye level of the player, whereas the client is stuck because of slight clipping with the ground)

Since this function is so deep and moving the weapon to the player's eyes doesn't fix this new problem like it fixed the one on snowfall, perhaps ignoring this LOS check if the weapon has the same origin as the player's eyes (or undoing the snowfall fix and instead checking whether the weapon has the same origin as the player origin, which should still give weapons to the right player on the snowfall elevator) could do the trick.
