- Logos, branding elements, and mascots (including “Smarty Pants”).
- Division and project names, including but not limited to: “Neontrium,” “hyprZona,” “Glitchpocalypse,” "dVlpr," and "aUthr"
- Associated lore, stories, dialogues, or descriptions related to trademark entities.
- Any 1:1 replication of the website’s interactive storytelling, dialogue, or 
  game content.
- Visual artwork, original sound design, and any proprietary creative assets.

You are free to:
- Fork, remix, and build upon the source code and structure of this project.
- Use the design framework as inspiration or a learning template.

You may NOT:
- Use NeonTrium’s logos, names, or mascot in a way that implies endorsement or affiliation.
- Replicate the lore, characters, or narrative design of the site verbatim.
- Redistribute this project’s assets, art, or brand material under your own identity.
