[Feature Request] Add Dhizuku support

• I'm not using a test build (alpha/beta/release-candidate).
• This issue contains only one feature request.

Problem Description

Dhizuku grants installing apk permission to apps with device owner permission. Once you grant it you don't need to start it manually after reboot, no need to developer options, pairing. For installing apps without root it's better than Shizuku.

Proposed Solution

Adding Dhizuku API support. Not complicated.
