[Bug] Apps that require android.hardware.watch not marked as incompatible

• This issue contains only one bug.

Describe the bug

1. Add a repository with a Wear OS app (uses-feature android.hardware.watch, see https://developer.android.com/training/wearables/packaging#targeting)
2. Look at it in Neo Store
3. See no incompatible warning or filtering in any way

Expected Behavior

The app is marked as incompatible on a phone.
