Add Space Type Table to LightingSummary and New Tables by Tag #11402

General Summary
Add more tabular reports related to Space Type and Tags that are present in the Space input object.
Detailed Description
The Annual Building Utility Performance Summary has the "End Uses By Space Type" table and the Input Verification and Results Summary has the "Space Summary" table showing Space Type and the "Space Type Summary" which shows
- Total Area
- Conditioned Area
- Unconditioned Area
- Not Part of Total Area
- Lighting
- People
- Plug and Process
It would be good to add new tables that take advantage of aggregating by Space Type. One logical place for this would be in the "Interior Lighting" table of the LightingSummary report.
In addition, the Space input object has Tags that can be used by users to describe and categorize the spaces. These tags can be any string, and it is assumed that tagging would be a way to describe groups of spaces in different zones as being the same. It would be good to add aggregation by tag to various reports, such as the ones described already, and perhaps new reports related to plug and process and people.
