I made an issue on the PHPDoc repo to get help with this, but it seems like their suggested fix still does not fix it (during my local tests): phpDocumentor/phpDocumentor#3493

Thanks, you noticed way before I did! So you have changed the dockerfile to use relative paths, and it still doesn't fix it?

Just tested it and it seems to work with relative paths, I will open a PR
