Introducing region length parameter

In this new version, you can now specify the length of the CNV region to be simulated. It also renames other parameters for clarity.

Bug fixes

This release fixes a bug in deletions in WGS that caused the simulator to not show deletions when aligned back to the reference genome.

CNV Sim for whole genome and target exomes

This initial version of CNV Sim offers simulating copy number variations in whole genome and target exomes. The tool relies on ART read simulator and Wessim targeted re-sequencing simulator. This release is capable of handling one chromosome at a time as larger input files will introduce errors when amplified.
