Describe the bug

NHL 09 crashes at the start of a match if the screen resolution is set higher than 800×600.

How do you reproduce the bug?

The game crashes immediately after changing the resolution in the in‑game menu and starting a match.

What is the expected behavior?

The goal is to fix the cause of the crashes and ensure that the game runs properly when the resolution is changed — up to 4K. (resolution can be fixed with community mods)

Hey @Apatch55 - thanks for reaching out. Will you please send us any .DMP files that are created when the game crashes? Not all crashes produce these files, but if they exist they're very helpful. If you have any, they should be in the .trex folder of the game install directory. Thanks!
