Simplicits physics and testing patches to v0.16 #825

Added testing for easy api training and normalization. Autoformatted tests

added logging to easy api

near 100% test coverage in physics

splat nb cam conversion and inria gs code version

Using fixture for temp dir in test. Removed commented code

log every 1000 iterations

fixing camera tests to use old inria gsplat commit

improving test coverage, added FEM course references to docs

sim regression test

linear and neohookean batched gradients with tests

download splats if needed. cleanup easy_api notebook
