Skip AV detection and rather try all AVs

In https://github.com/NUKIB/maldump/blob/main/maldump/__main__.py#L41 we check which AVs exist on the machine, but in case of partial deletion of the AV we might skip some quarantines, so probably remove the detection of AVs and rather always check for all quarantines of all implemented AVs.
