More NaN discussion

There is discussion about reading in NaN values from csv files at the start of this lesson https://noc-oi.github.io/python-intermediate-esces/06-merging-data/index.html. This should be moved to the introduction of NaN values in https://noc-oi.github.io/python-intermediate-esces/04-data-types-and-format/index.html.
