DESCRIPTION OF CHANGES:
Add a new task to the XML template for running the enspost map when enspost is enabled. Also add support to the J-job script for running these special kinds of maps that use a different image list, file input template, and forecast hour set.

DEPENDENCIES:
This should be merged after PR #168 in Pygraf.
SRW should be updated to point to the tops of both regional_workflow and pygraf with the merge of this PR.
