Updating
platforms.yamlto include a platform for thehpcme.intel25containerUpdating to latest tags of SHiELD component codes
Removing
-DMOIST_CAPPA -DUSE_CONDbecause these are no longer used in the latest version of GFDL_atmos_cubed_sphere. They are now runtime namelist variables.tested:
on Gaea C5
module load fre/test
compiles in the 'hpcme.intel25' and 'ncrc5.intel23' platforms
