Added two new interfaces, coupler_type_extract_data and coupler_type_set_data, to exchange fields between coupler_bc_types and arrays. Also added a new optional argument, scale_prev, to the coupler_type_increment_data routines, which allows for a weighted running average with a single call. In addition, some lines setting up the text for error messages were simplified. All answers are bitwise identical.
