icc/mpiicc is deprecated #55

Howdy! Just wanted to bring to the attention of you folks that the icc /mpiicc compilers have been deprecated and now removed from modern intel oneAPI releases. Happy to submit a PR to migrate over to icx/mpiicx compilers if that is something that needs doing
