* Update version number for CCPP
* Update submodule pointers and .gitmodules for code review
* gfsphysics/physics/samfdeepcnv.f: bugfix to prevent using uninitialized variables, leads to crashes in debug mode
* Update submodule pointer for ccpp-physics after pulling in scientific documentation updates
