WMO has an annoying habit of frequently changing the organization of their website, often without any prior notice or automatic redirecting from older URLs to the corresponding new ones. So this isn't the first time we've seen where URLs which previously pointed to valid content on their website are now suddenly pointing off into proverbial la-la land.
