activating QED only effects evolution, so you should be able to take all grids as they are in 4.1 (in particular I think we can re-use the N3LO also for NNLO)
I also can't find the scale variations associated to these theories, I guess I have to produce the theory cards myself. I will call the scale varied theories associated to 41041000 “410410{10..15}”.
watch out that the N3LO case is complicated, in particular we need to copy #2494 (but with QED=2). (Also if there is no reason for a gap in numbers, I would avoid that)
