Assignment Status: Add user's name to user filter

The Assignment Status screen can be filtered by various criteria at the top of the screen. The user filter only has the user's UserID and email address. But instructors often know their students only by their names and not their email address. So please add the user name (LN, FN) to the drop-down list. If possible, sort the list by LN, FN.
