Details
KOP-108 implements mock composite tokens to Keycloak which requires a scope of "openid delegated", this PR removes the hardcoded "openid" scope in KeycloakUserAuthenticator and instead moves scope into KeycloakUserConfig defaulting to the previous hardcoded value.
