Fix: [AEA-0000] - swaps to new secret variables

Details

• Added new secret variables for each of the environments, so swapped out the SLACK_BOT_TOKEN, SLACK_SIGNING_SECRET for their respective environment equivalents
• Adds a lambda function resource to ensure wait between the deployment of other resources, espcially OpenSearchResources, VectorIndex and VectorKnowledgeBaseResources
