strange output [UNKNOWN] - Prometheus is Healthy

I get very strange output from the check_prometheus command on my machine:

./check_prometheus health --hostname 'localhost' --port 9090 --insecure
[UNKNOWN] - Prometheus is Healthy. | statuscode=200

./check_prometheus health --ready
[UNKNOWN] - Prometheus is Ready. | statuscode=200

both commands return ExitCode 3

I added info in the hope that helps to debug this:

./check_prometheus health --info
[OK] - Prometheus Server information

Hi, I'll have a look at it. Can you also provide the ouput of a curl against the Prometheus instance please?

I can confirm the issue. Might have to do with the version.

# Older
podman run -ti --rm -p 9090:9090 docker.io/prom/prometheus:v2.15.2

./check_prometheus health
[UNKNOWN] - Prometheus is Healthy. | statuscode=200

# Latest
podman run -ti --rm -p 9090:9090 docker.io/prom/prometheus:latest

./check_prometheus health
[OK] - Prometheus Server is Healthy. | statuscode=200
