Bad calling UX

Calls shouldn't work the same as other media if you get a call you probably want to hear it and when playing a video you likely don't want to mute the other person.

Mainly only an issue when the catch all <all_urls> is used without any excludes.

Just letting you know that your report was identified as an Abuse Risk and triaged to our Trust & Safety team.

You should receive a response in a couple of days, but it might take up to a week if we're particularly busy. In the meantime, you might want to take a look at this epic video.

I think it makes sense to provide an opt-out but by default exclude the extension from Zoom, Discord (voice only) and Google Meet.
