| Variable | Description |
|---|---|
| Run | Number that indicates the run or iteration of the simulation |
| Day | Day within the iteration |
| Type | Type of event that occurred |
| Reason | Action that caused event |
| ID | Identifier of the unit as provided in the unitID or herdID of the population file |
| Production Type | Description of the production type of the unit |
| Size | Number of animals in the unit |
| Lat | Latitude of the unit |
| Lon | Longitude of the unit |
| Zone | Description of the named zone that the unit was in during event, using user-defined zone names |

| Detection | Recognition of infected status by simulation |
| Vaccination | Vaccination event, cause by a trigger |
| Destruction | Depopulation event, caused by detection or user defined destruction ring |
| Trace fwd | Contact tracing event, in forward direction |
| Trace back | Contact tracing event, in backwards direction |
