Refine Designs for Investigation vs. Instrument Host on Investigation Landing Pages #245

The search results shows the investigation description, but when I go to the landing page, the Overview tab is showing the Spacecraft description, and the landing page has no information on the Investigation itself. We may need to consider either having separate sections on the overview tab for Investigation / Spacecraft, or have separate “Investigation Overview” and “<instrument_host_type> Overview” tabs.
