- Added error handling to create_volume.sh
- Added default COMPOSE_PROFILES to .env
- Added sample override file that can be copied to disable security_opt for quick start usage.
- Added quickstart.sh to for easy setup of test/demo environments. This script is NOT intended for production deployments.
