Consider Publishing CI-built Docker/Podman Containers to ghcr.io

The built containers from our CI pipeline could be saved and published to the github container registry (ghcr.io). Properly configured, this can provide a means for users to quickly get running with the system in a known demo state.

A local build would still be the preferred approach for deployments and most site-specific configuration.
