compat ported from pmndrs/react-postprocessing

  • also add a minimum homepage to the dev-server so it's not a "Cannot GET /"
  • build script is also adjusted to remove the example_webgpu step since there's no example_webgpu dir in the repo. Please let me know if this is an overlook
