possible to batch extract title image?

i have several nsp-/xci-files
for example:
C:\Games\Racing\Racinggame.nsp
C:\Games\Boring\boringgame_igotobed.xci

now i want cover-image/title-image in the same folder like:
C:\Games\Racing\Racinggame.jpg (or png)
C:\Games\Boring\boringgame_igotobed.jpg (or png)
