## Description 

Change cmd behavior for start test validaror:
* no default graphql port, which forces one to specify it to enable
graphql
* indexer is gated by --with_indexer, and --use-indexer-v2 for newer
indexer, which is what you want
* graphql does not depend on indexer flags but on db availability
