Show the total transaction count for the current network at the bottom of the explorer's home page, below latest transactions (as this data is probably less priority than the latest tx list).

We could maybe find a more elegant place to put this information, but it seems at home below the transactions list, and we can just move this component later on.

I tried putting it up top in a few places and it always seemed out of places, but being at the bottom feels appropriate.

Thanks for adding this! Yeah hopefully the upcoming design agency can find a better place for it
