simple, emergency fix. i don't know how i keep missing little things on this test, but this should really be it. month is january, day is prior to the 11th, extract_datetime_es("11 ene") returns this year. later than jan 10th, extract_datetime_es("11 ene") returns next year.

anyway, other branches will fail until this is merged, so, merging.
