simple upgrade for #17, to show the needed changes for the MySqlBackup project.
Though, this breaks the other projects reference to the project as netstandard2.0 requires framework 4.6.1.
Depending on how this want to be handled, we can either skip framework 2.0 (and others) support and replace with netstandard2.0. Or it can be created in a different branch and released as its own nuget package, without the need to break the current release.
Either way, I have more time to continue on the upgrade if needed
