Musicoin is a modified version of Ethereum with more considerations on Musiconomy and the needs for Pay-Per-Play(PPP) model. There are some general facets of Musicoin Blockchain which may resemble or differ from Ethereum, and programmed in the source code.

  • Coins per block: 314 MC (250 MC to miners, 50 to UBI pool according to MCIP-3，14MC to Dev pool according to MCIP-3)

  • Currency symbols: Musicoin (MC)
  • Economy: Musiconomy (no halving )
  • Pre-allocation: 0 (100% goes to miners)
  • Genesis: Feb. 11th, 2017 (No ICO)
  • Hash algorithm: ETHash
  • Smart contract: Enabled with EVM
