- Install FFmpeg and add it to your system PATH β
Windows environment variables
or - Download additional files
[ffmpeg.exe, ffprobe.exe, ffplay.exe]from GitHub Release & store them in the root directory. - Clone this repo:

.zip& extract. - Copy the 3 FFmpeg executables to your root directory.
- Run the batch scripts directly from Command Prompt or simply double-click.
- Run
Auto Create Short Videos from Images.batβ auto folder setup. - Place your images in the Images folder. (Formats: jpg, jpeg, png)
- Place your audio in the Music folder. (Formats: mp3, wav, m4a, aac)
- (Optional) Add a background music file named
bg.mp3in the Music folder. - Run the script again to generate the video.
- Find the result in the Output folder.
- Run
