fixed capitalization, and hyperlinked discord channels.
It's not my place to edit the rules, so ignore, but i think adding that to rule 5 would be beneficial, since this server is affiliated with Mumbo, who does use that exploit, so new players might not understand it is also against the rules. No actual changes to the rules, just a detail added.
likly --> likely suggestion: Rule 9, I suggest replacing somebody with anybody. Yes, I'm nitpicking here, but since we're at it I thought I'd suggest it. Didn't actually change that though.
7-zip can be used on Linux distros as well, added that to line 85

fixed some typos here and there, Hyperlinked the discord channels (hope I didn't miss any), and a few suggestions to Rule 5, adding the detail that TNT duping is not allowed, and Rule 8, changing somebody else to anybody else (this one is kind of nitpicky so I dod not change it if you want to you can).
