Readme updating and normalisation of Fibers directions in HGO_4Fibers

Normalizes the fiber direction vectors (N1, N2, N3, N4) in the HGO_4Fibers material model.
This ensures that the material model is not dependent on the magnitude of the input fiber vectors, only their direction.

Updates README to reference correct image paths.
Updates the link to the simulation image in the README
to reflect the new location in the HGO branch.
Deletes old image files that are no longer used in the project, reducing repository size and improving maintainability.
