Ability to change language on startup

When I launch the app, it's in Chinese by default. Would be good if I can select my language the first time I boot the app. Otherwise I have to guess which button is the settings buttons and then change the language to English.

Your suggestion is spot on—KnowNote definitely needs a more polished and user-friendly onboarding process. I completely agree that a language selection screen should be provided upon the first launch.

I'll prioritize this feature and aim to introduce a proper initialization interface in the next release.
