Summary

Handle MCP shutdown on stdio close/EPIPE and extra signals
Ensure server stop disposes content/search stores to release watchers
Add stdio close integration test (non-Windows)

Testing

bun run check .
bunx tsc --noEmit
bun test src/test/mcp-stdio-exit.test.ts

Risk

Low; shutdown-path only. Potential exit if stdin is intentionally closed.
