✨ Ability to import/export all of Loop's settings #945

Feature Request Description
Users should be able to import and export all of Loop’s settings, including everything stored in Defaults, to easily transfer their configuration between instances. Currently, they can only import/export keybinds.

It could be useful to expose all of Loop’s live settings via a config file, rather than only through the UI and the UserDefaults plist.
