Deleted YouTube channels don't get deleted in `channels.json`.

Describe the bug
Deleted channels don't get deleted in channels.json and persist after container reboots. As described in #158

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Delete channel
2. Restart the container

Expected behavior
Channel deletes, and it persists across container reboots.

This is currently normal for YouTube.

Unfortunately, the complete YouTube implementation is currently not working.
The only thing that helps is to stop LivestreamDVR at a suitable moment and clean up the channels.json manually.
If subscriptions have worked at all, you should try to end them via the UI first. I don't know whether this really has any effect. Almost nothing works in connection with YouTube.

I couldn't add a YouTube channel properly or even get it into a state where streams would be recorded.

Yah, I am experiencing the same too. YouTube is not functional.

This may have something to do with the fact that Google has closed everything down recently.

You only get livestreams recorded with current cookies if you use yt-dlp, streamlink or ytarchive.

I suspect that someone would have to invest a lot of time in a completely new implementation from scratch.
The whole thing should probably be deactivated in one of the next versions for the time being.

Right. This all lines up with how Google has been enforcing more ads and preventing ad blockers. They are getting more greedy. I think the only way to truly capture is using modded clients. I believe server-side capturing would no longer be a thing anymore for YouTube.

youtube has never worked properly, especially since they don't have a proper webhook/websocket api for when a channel starts streaming, it was always just more of a proof of concept

I see. It still sucks because of the recent events on Twitch causing others to move to other platforms making YT & Kick ever more important to have working.
