Two updates for calc_bootstrap_errors:
A bugfix to ensure that the reference stars drawn for each epoch actually correspond to those used to define the original transformation. This requires using the
used_in_transcolumn instead of the more generaluse_in_transcolumn.An efficiency improvement where an unnecessary for-loop is removed.
