config_base.py not found,how can i do ? i am very looking forward to your reply.

Thanks a lot,i find the file.But when i run sh scripts/inference.sh smplest_x_h test_video.mp4 30,the error appeared.

is the model is the false model(i download)? which special model should i download,i am very grateful for your reply.
