Built-in database support

We want to allow developers to use their databases, but to use them, they need to configure the database connection, etc, which is fine for now. But the plan is to abstract the infrastructure configuration away from the developer, so when they create a new environment, Motia Cloud would provision a new database seamlessly.

Migrations would be managed by Motia Cloud as well.
