Steps to reproduce

Okay I just want to say first off that this is ridiculously weird and specific.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Watch any show or movie
2. Select English [Signs/Songs] (PGS) - PGSSUB
3. Watch until there is dialogue
4. For some reason it’s in a different language

The issue:
For some odd reason this happens in moonfin and also jellyfin TV, but it doesn’t happen on any other device.

I think it has to do with PGS/PGSSUB format. I’m not sure if it isn’t supported or what, but it’s odd that this is happening.

I’ll attach images below. The photos are of the TV and the screenshots are on my phone.

For a little more context here:
The signs/songs subtitles should only show, well, sings and songs. It does not typically show text for speech.
