Move Praat configuration instructions to the installation instructions? #211

Currently, tutorials 4, 5 and 6 all include code to configure the path to the Praat executable. It seems to me that it would be better to somehow wrap this into the installation instructions: most users will only ever need to set this once, and then want to forget about it.
This could also be an opportunity to add additional instructions for locating the Praat executable on one's computer. This is straightforward enough on Windows and Linux, but on macOS Praat is distributed as a .app package: you need to go digging into it to find the executable--on my machine, the path is /Applications/Praat.app/Contents/MacOS/Praat. This may not be obvious to less technically-inclined users, who may instead think to specify something like /Applications/Praat (I in fact did this at first).
